We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, you may request a return or refund according to the terms below:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personal care items, undergarments, perishable goods, and clearance sale items.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval.

• Refunds (for prepaid orders) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer.
